This is a learner journey map created in draw.io (fabulous product by the way!) for a course in online program management for my masters degree program. As I worked on this, it really illuminated for me the critical fail points in a journey, where extra time and support should be provided to a learner in order for them to achieve success. Most of those are at the technology points/training. That’s good because those are some of the easiest to target with good support and training.
